People mention that the service is terrific here. Moderate prices are not suitable for this @ Night out. The cozy atmosphere will be really just what you need after a long working week. I have visited @ night out restaurant, Erode on 1st June 2022. No one came for taking orders for first 15 minutes. Poor customer service. Without ordering, waiter kept a water bottle which costs Rs 25 MRP, inclusive of GST. GST can not be applied over and above MRP. But 5 percent GST levied at the final which is against the calculation of GST and excessive pricing above MRP. As per government mandate, no eateries should force customers to buy a water bottle and free drinking water should be served on request. These rules have been violated in this outlet. Quantity of food is very less. Size of Roti and Naan is very small when compared to other restaurants. These details are relatively trivial and ignorable by many. Important thing to be noted down is cost of a small piece of cake. Small slice of choco truffle cake costs Rs.170 here which is stale and crusty outside before and after keeping in room temperature for 10 minutes. That's not a original choco truffle pastry but just an ordinary piece of cake without any garnish of choco or ganache kind. Price of its not mentioned anywhere in the menu card and waiter didn't inform about the cost. I have paid Rs 340 for a stale, crusty, fake and bland piece of cakes ( 2 small pieces). It is an unfair pricing. Even in 5 star restaurants don't charge these much amount for a thin slice of a cake. I feel it is a robbery. Training should be fostered for the staff for a better quality of service. Restaurant owner should focus on retaining the customers in the long run and has to fix a correct pricing for a market penetration. I wish Proprieter Mr. FAIZUL MEERAN AHAMED J should take note of this for a better service. If not, soon your restaurant should be shut down. Screenshot of Bill uploaded.
