We’d like to clarify that the sauces provided with your order are store-bought, purchased fresh on a daily basis, and have a shelf life of 12 months. The chicken used in all our dishes is also sourced fresh each day to ensure quality. Regarding your request for extra onions and capsicum — our kitchen did accommodate that. However, please note that once crispy chicken is tossed in sauce (as is standard for Chilli Chicken), it naturally loses its crispness due to moisture, which is unavoidable in such preparations.
