4/5 Stars - Great Food, Minor Mishap I've always enjoyed the food at this hotel restaurant, and my recent visit was no exception. However, on this particular day, there seemed to be some issues with the service. Despite ordering the Charcoal Chicken, it was served undercooked. I suspect that the restaurant might have been experiencing a rush, which led to the oversight. Thankfully, the management reached out to me and apologized for the mistake. They explained the situation and assured me that steps have been taken to prevent such incidents in the future. I appreciate the management's proactive approach and commitment to customer satisfaction. Given the restaurant's usual high standards, I'm willing to give them the benefit of the doubt. The food, as always, was awesome, and I look forward to a better experience on my next visit.
