We entered nice kream to have some good icecreams but were thoroughly disappointed. The lady there had a bored expression on her face and didnt even bother explaining to us the procedure for selecting the ice cream and toppings. As for the icecreams we had the salted caramel icecream with Nutella, KitKat and Belgian chocolate injection. Terrible icecream to say the least! The icecream tasted nothing like salted caramel......just milky vanilla and couldn't really find any kitkats either. Truly truly disappointing this place.
