A few days ago I decided to give this place a try. With generally good reviews and some hype, also the pictures making it look kind of cool, I thought it'll be a nice place to go for coffee with my wife. So we went , and I ordered their signature blue pea iced latte while my wife ordered a simple cappuccino. Everything seemed going well, but towards the end of my glass, I found something in the coffee went into my mouth, initially thought it was just a coffee bean not ground enough, but to my horror, it was a fly. Shocked, trying hard not to gag, but did so anyway, we raised a complaint. However, the management seemed unperturbed like it was a usual every day thing, didn't even really apologise and I asked for the managers number. And spoke to her, again being from the restaurant industry I know how restaurants handle such a thing and either way the staff of the said establishment should atleast go out of their way to apologise for the incident. Instead, shockingly they asked me what I want from them. Ummm, a sorry would do ? In the end, I was offered a replacement or a fresh brew to which I refused and I was handed over a bill for the cappuccino which we didn't even have. And after raising an issue they finally removed the bill. We left the restaurant with nothing but a bad taste and sick feeling in the gut. Will definitely never visit again!! Interiors are very soothing and the service is great. We got blue pea iced latte and tangerine americano. Drinks were basic, felt seriously overpriced. Feel and touch of the menu card can be improved too.
