If Mein Foon Noodles is ordered, you are supposed to deliver the same item. If you're out of stock, you should not accept the order in the first place. Alternatively, you should call the customer and ask for their permission if you could send Hakka Noodles instead. It only costs 2 RS for you to provide one extra sachet of sauce when requested, yet you don't bother to pay any heed. Don't dare to take your customers for granted. This is the second occasion you've done the same. Your intention is very much evident.
