If you like Chinese and Indian cuisines, come to this restaurant. Try nicely cooked biryani, fried chicken and chilli chicken. Food delivery is a big plus of NEW TRIPTI INN RESTAURANT. The creative staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. Guests mention that the service is professional here. I had a very disappointing dine-in experience at New Tripti Inn Restaurant. Me and my friend went there for dinner, but the staff behavior was extremely unprofessional and insulting. The staff kept judging us as if we were not capable of paying. While they were providing bills properly to other tables, they did not give us the bill at the table and asked us to pay at the counter. We didn’t make an issue of it, but when we asked for the bill, one staff member said “তোমাদের দেখে আমরা বিলটা করিনি”, which was extremely humiliating and disrespectful, as if we were eating for free. On top of that, the food quality was average and not worth the price. The taste and overall quality did not meet expectations. They behaved politely with other customers but treated us very poorly. Such discriminatory behavior is unacceptable. Every customer deserves respect. I will not recommend this place. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

I dined in and ordered Chicken Tikka Masala, and the food was honestly terrible. The gravy tasted strange, almost like some kind of medicine was mixed into it. It completely ruined the dish.
