Food is not good. Dosa batter had gone sour. Vada and buns which are made in the morning been served at night. Too oily. Chutney was stale. They have taken customers for granted. If the food is not fresh, they should not serve it. Worst experience. Arrogant behaviour by staff. Do not visit. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

I had a very disappointing experience at New Taaza Thindi. I found plastic pieces in the coconut chutney, which is completely unacceptable. The overall hygiene at this place is extremely poor. The staff, including the chef and the servers, do not wear gloves and handle food with dirty hands. The kitchen itself looked filthy, and I even saw bills falling into the chutney and sambar when they are pouring it in the plate — it was shocking to see such a lack of cleanliness. After eating there, I ended up feeling sick, which makes me seriously question their food safety standards. This place needs a serious inspection and improvement in hygiene practices.
