I ordered one South Indian meal for dine in and I notice when I got my food the banana leaf was with mud and not cleaned properly. I made a complaint but they are not at all taking seriously. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

My family recently dined at New Shanti Sagar restaurant, and it was an utterly disappointing experience. The Masala dosa, Chow Chow bath, Rava idli, idli vada Sambar, and even the coffee tasted atrocious. But the real horror began when I caught a whiff of the stench emanating from the kitchen as I made my way to the elevator, showcasing the establishment's abysmal hygiene standards. The service was equally appalling; I witnessed kitchen staff handling cleaning tasks and then proceeding to serve food without bothering to wash their hands. It's disheartening to see the decline of a once-revered name in the culinary scene. Needless to say, I'll be revising my opinion of Shanti Sagar after this dismal experience. Our restaurant serves hundreds of customers daily, who consistently enjoy the items you mentioned without any complaints about the taste. Our kitchen is open for viewing, but if you prefer a closed kitchen, there are other restaurants to choose from. Regarding hygiene, our staff wear gloves while serving and remove them when cleaning the counter. Attempting to discredit our restaurant with an AI-generated text does not validate the complaint and would be seen as a fake review.
