Dear All, I had Ordered Shahi Dum Biryani from New Shahi Darbar Raza Caterers. Please refer to the attached images. This is indeed the worst experience I have had with Online food Ordering and this Restaurant. As you can see the attached images, I have found a small cockroach in the Ordered food, the food and restaurant seems extremely unhygienic and/or poorly maintained. I strictly recommend not to consider this restaurant for your Outings. I request Swiggy to please review this restaurant and if possible strike them with a penalty or Show Cause notice. Although, I've discussed this over Swiggy Chat they have informed to mail the same. This seems very non-cooperative. But, anyway I would appreciate if you will take a strict action against this. I will think twice from now onwards, before Online Food Ordering, especially from this restaurant.

This is really good which is called moradabadi shahi biryani...else I can say I have all tasted masala rice where biryani flavours are killed..but this restaurant serves the tasty biryani authentic..but can reduce the portion of oil little bit and else everything perfect
