A great place that serves the infamous Chai. After all your night party and food feast. Hang in here for Dum Chai, Masala chai or Of course the famous "Sulemani Chai" !
I'd give it a 4. Though not many may agree. My reasons for a 4 are as below:
1. I got piping hot food served to me as late as 4 a.m. How many joints in Bangalore do that?
2. The Beef Haleem is you. Who'd say I was eating red meat? It was soft as butter. The texture was a lil greasy because of the molten animal fat, but it tasted delicious.
3. My friend who was eating Chicken Haleem had a similar opinion. The chicken was so soft, he was repeatedly saying that it was melting in his mouth.
4. It brought a smile on my friend's place. He was new to Shivajinagar joints and he had never had Haleem before. Trust me, it was a job well done to see my friend smile.
I'd recommend this joint to anyone who wants to have a nice bowl of Haleem during the holy month of Ramzan.
