Hotel New Samrat is hotel situated on surat mumbai. Staff is very rude, behaviour of staff is not good at all. Food is unhygienic. Costly food and not any worth of quality. They seems like fraud as they overcharge for MRP items as well. Looting customers for anything. Kindly avoid. Even GSTN number mentioned on their name plate seems fake as aa2406170390010 does not exist in gst website as well. Mostly private buses halt here. God knows what kind of commission this hotel offers to these private bus holders. There are many decent hotels on road. Kindly avoid.
