Today I ordered 14 samosas thinking that Saini Sweets is a good and old shop, but this thinking proved to be completely wrong; better samosas than yours are made by the street vendors outside on the road; the masala of the samosa is the main thing and the same is absolutely third class; you are selling a samosa for 20 rupees, and there is nothing in it except cheap masala; who puts raisins in samosa; put paneer in samose worth 20 rupees; and make the masala such that you get praises and not abuses. Today I visited Saini Sweets, Hisar (near Ashwini Honda Showroom). When I needed to use the washroom, I was extremely disappointed to see its condition. There was such a foul smell inside that it was almost impossible to breathe. The toilet was overflowing with waste, the floor and walls were stained yellow, and the overall environment was very unhygienic. For such a well-known sweet shop, this was completely unexpected. Honestly, it felt like the saying came true – “Big name, poor quality.” When I informed the manager, his reply was: “We get it cleaned every 2–3 hours.” But the reality inside was totally different.
