had a very disappointing experience with my recent order through Zomato. The food arrived with oil leakage and damaged packaging, making it unhygienic and unsafe to eat. It was a complete waste of money as the food was unfit for consumption. As a customer, I expect basic standards of packaging and quality, but Zomato failed to deliver. Despite paying full price, I only received a mess. Very poor quality control and extremely inconvenient experience. I hope Zomato improves their packaging checks, otherwise customers like me will keep losing trust. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
