I had the worst experience here. We had booked the buffet for 15 people, but we had to keep asking again and again for food to be served. No one came to us on their own to ask if we needed anything. And when it was time for dessert, we asked for a repeat, but the entire staff started ignoring us. Even after requesting multiple times, dessert was not served to everyone. I will not recommend anyone to come here, and if you still decide to visit, do not book the buffet – it's a complete waste of money. I am writing to express my disappointment with the quality of food and service during my recent visit to your restaurant. I visited today with my family to celebrate my parents' anniversary, hoping for a pleasant experience. Unfortunately, we were served stale food, which was not only unexpected but deeply concerning. Despite raising the issue, our complaint was ignored, and the manager showed no willingness to address our concerns. This lack of accountability made the experience even more disheartening.
