The staff is cute that's what makes New Kadimi Restaurant so good. People say that the service is terrific here. Also, visitors recommend this place because of democratic prices. The experience was horrendous. While the food was good, the service was pathetic. I had to wait for close to 40 minutes for a basic order for 2 people. What angered me more was the staff response . Instead of being apologetic for the delay or assuring me to check the status, I was rudely told that it will take 10-15 more minutes as restaurant is fullWhen the food arrived, the breads were cold already meaning they had been prepared and were awaiting to be picked by the server.What baffled me more was that the servers asked for a tip when settling the payment despite me being angry for the service.
