First, I’m shocked that a birthday cake was delivered without the name on it—something so basic and essential. On top of that, it was not even the cake we ordered.This is extremely disappointing. A birthday cake is meant to be a joyful highlight of a celebration, and this careless service ruined that moment. It feels like a complete waste of money and effort.Please explain how such negligence happened and what you plan to do to resolve this.
