I dont know this place is overhyped or may be this branch is like this, but the biriyani was not satisfactory with my expectations. We specially asked which one was the spiciest biriyani and when we ordered the items they suggested are didnt actually spicy at all. Dissapointed in that. I gave a very positive review previously now I am changing that. First food quality in bakery is very bad. Cashier charged me 194 rupees for apricot delight which is just 130 rupees after fight he gave back my money. Apricot delight here is very cheap I used to eat at different pistahouse branches there it is good but here it is not good. Don't visit this branch even chicken sand which is just like eating myonise. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

We visited Pista House Kukatpally yesterday as a group of four, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. First, even though there were clearly seats available, the staff deliberately kept customers waiting — possibly as a business strategy to create the illusion of crowd and demand. This felt very unfair and unnecessary. Second, after placing the order, the service was extremely slow. Even the basic preparations were delayed, and we had to wait far longer than expected for our food. Third, we ordered a non-vegetarian item, and the dish was overly spicy — beyond normal levels. When we informed the manager about it, his response was very casual and careless. He just said, “Okay, okay, we will inform” — without any real concern or apology. Overall, this was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had, especially from this branch. Based on what I’ve seen and heard, this kind of behavior seems to be common across their other branches as well. Pista House is a well-known name, and it’s the public’s trust that built their brand. But with such poor service and attitude, it’s really disappointing.
