Very bad service and pathetic experience with them while ordering the food from them. Ordered an hour ago. I believe at most it take around 10-15 mints to prepare the order and hand over the same to the delivery partner but they kept on serving their inhouse customer by completely neglecting their online customer's order and the value of their time. After an hour of placing the order, I received the call from the delivery partner that they are still not giving the order instead they are serving to the new walk-in clients. Straight away I cancelled the order. I don't want any order or food from these kind of restaurants who cannot even treat all the customers with the same value Service: Delivery Service: 1

The Chaaps were not as per the standard of "New Delhi Riyasat". Seems like the chef forgot to add flavours! I always look forward to prefer this restaurant for most of my orders but today's dishes were not up to the mark!
