Being a pre vegetarian, We ordered crispy corn, and in those crispy corn egg was added, also they mentioned that particular crispy corn in veg menu even after that they didn't mentioned that egg will be added for any kind of reason, later on we asked as it tasted weird then they told us that egg is added, also when we were complaining about it, some of the staffs was laughing at a side without knowing the seriousness of the concern, once more it happened with my friend as he is pure vegetarian fish was served infront of him, it's ok mistakes happen but this time it was casuality. Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Hi Team, I am writing this as I am a regular customer of Nai Dilli restaurant but this is the first time I am ordering food from the restaurant via zomato, Taste of the food is good but service is poor. First of they took a very long time to prepare the food because of that service is delayed and after delayed food some order is missed. I ordered 2 missi roti but they have delivered only one. I tried to call the restaurant multiple times but they are rejecting it again and again, looks like they know that but don't want to accept that. Big restaurant like Nai Dilli have very good taste but they are not able to take care of their customers. My over all experience is not so good. They have very poor service. Suggestion to the restaurant is only this that they have to look for their service. Just an unhappy customer
