I went on a weekday afternoon. I understand that business is slow then but the place had 4 tables occupied including mine and even then the pace of service was so slow. staff felt very unorganised and the person who picked up my plates after I was done decided to stack them on the table and then leave them to attend to something else (they were left there stacked in front of me) and then came back after 5-7 minutes. Very shoddy experience I didn't expect from Social. It's unsurprising in hindsight that both Starbucks and PizzaExpress next door had a decent crowd because the service here is deathly slow. I imagine office regulars here must be knowing this.

Disappointing Experience @ New Cuffe Parade Social!Unfortunately, our recent visit was marred by poor service and inattentive staff. One lady amongst the staff members in particular, was quite rude. This was our first experience with subpar service here, especially when we visit this place quite often and we hope it was an isolated incident. We look forward to better service in the future.
