I recently visited New Banarsi Di Hatti Restaurant in Pathankot, and it was bustling with customers. We had to wait for a table to become available, which was a bit of a challenge. I ordered àla carte, opting for Kadai Mushroom and Butter Masala Chaap for dinner. While the quality of the food was average - not exceptional, but not bad either. The customer service, however, was excellent. The staff were friendly and attentive. One suggestion I would make to the restaurant is to implement a token system to manage the crowd. This would ensure that customers are served on a first-come, first-served basis, reducing wait times and improving the overall experience.
