Food is awesome, but service is the worst. Ordered food and fresh lime. Asked for extra straw and a sauce....but didn't receive the same till the last bite. The staff felt sorry with a smile and the manager didn't even appear to face me ever after calling 4-5 times....what's even more important than a dissatisfied customer for u?? And the owner...didn't even pay heed to what kind of service she's providing...she was so adamant and said k hmari service to bahut achhi hai...waiters bhi hain...aaj without booking party ho gyi isliye waiters udhr busy hain. Such a casual approach. Itna achha restaurant open krke bhi agr tum achhi service provide nahi kroge to 1 saal bhi nahi tikk paoge. Give better services.
