I visited Nesco Social last night with a group of friends and someone called Naresh made one of the girls feel extremely uncomfortable. He insisted that she should be the one giving her number for the order even when she clearly asked me to put in my number. There should be a limit and certain boundaries to his “friendly” behaviour with the customers.

I’ve been to many Social outlets before but I’ve never had an experience like this. Naresh made my friend extremely uncomfortable by flirting with her and insisting on getting her number, even after she made it clear she wasn’t interested. Being friendly or chatty as a manager or staff member is completely fine — but this crossed a line. It was unprofessional, intrusive, and made the whole experience very uncomfortable.We came to have a good time, not to be put in an awkward situation. I really hope management takes this seriously because guests deserve to feel safe and respected.
