Perfect 10 on 10 This place has become my most fav place to sit and have a strong cappuccino. Enjoy the pleasant weather of Surat. What a lovely vibe. Friends and family come here and enjoy talking and happy time. Great hospitality by owners and service by staff as each staff has a positive attitude and down to earth Nature. I enjoy having conversation with uncle aunty. When I leave Surat I am definitely going to miss this place the most... "Extremely Disappointing Experience" I recently visited the Nescafé Canal Road Café and it was honestly one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. The coffee was absolutely dreadful – it lacked any real flavor and tasted watered down, not at all what you’d expect from a brand like Nescafé. As for the food, it was no better; the dishes were bland, poorly prepared, and didn’t even look appetizing. To make matters worse, the owner was incredibly rude and dismissive when I brought up my concerns about the quality of the food and coffee. Instead of trying to resolve the situation or even apologize, the response was completely unprofessional. I will not be returning, and I would advise anyone considering this place to think twice.
