Absolutely loved the vibe at Neobaa! The ambiance is classy yet super cozy, perfect for both casual outings and special occasions. Their food presentation is top-notch and every dish we tried was flavorful and fresh — especially the sushi and pasta! Cocktails were well crafted, and the staff was courteous and attentive throughout.The rooftop seating is a bonus, especially during evenings. Great music, great crowd, and definitely Instagram-worthy interiors. One of the best places in NSP if you’re looking to chill with friends or go on a date. Highly recommended!

1/5 – Disappointed with the Experience I visited Neoba, the rooftop cafe at Pacific Mall, NSP, and unfortunately, it was quite a disappointing experience. The ambience was very average and didn’t match the expectations set for a rooftop cafe. The staff at the entrance was not very welcoming and they talk in a rather curt manner. Inside, we requested if they could play Punjabi music to create a better vibe, but our request was ignored. There was neither good music nor any lively atmosphere, which made the place feel dull. Most guests seemed to be occupied with hookah, and the lack of energy in the environment actually left me with a headache instead of a pleasant time. Compared to cafes in Rajouri, where the staff proactively ensures a good vibe and music, this place falls far behind. I would not recommend Neoba to anyone looking for a fun and vibrant cafe experience. Price per person: ₹1,000–1,200 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
