The staff at Parking area is extremely rude.. we had gone to Neo Wood Ambassador for Birthday Party.. the staff didn't have the patience till family got down from car.. and kept insisting to Park on the opposite side of the Road on a dark ground with no lights.. crossing that road is also risky as car come fast.. the main parking was empty when we had arrived.. overall vibe is below average.. Food was just okay.. after first round tandoor rotis never came.. and guests ended up eating sabji with rice... Very average service.. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Worst Experience of life. After wedding reception on 5th Nov 2022, 25 out of 30 relatives were seriously sick with food poisoning. As myself and my husband is a doctor, we could provide immediate medical care to all of them, otherwise all woul have ended up in hospital. The only reason i have not lodged a police complaint is because the reception was organised by our son in law. Will never recommend this place. The manager Mr Lobo, is still pretending as if nothing has happened. All of us, including 4 kids, 7 senior citizens, have gone through physical sickness, emotional trauma and lots of finnacial loss. Every one had to travel back during sickness as hotel was all return bookings were already confirmed. I had to reschedule my flight to Dubai. Every one had to take 3days of sick leave after reaching home. worst experience of life.
