I had a disappointing experience at Neo Kitchen, Hilton, especially as a vegetarian. The food options were extremely limited — even on a weekend, there was barely anything available, and the main counter looked almost empty. It took an unusually long time just to get a few starters, which made the experience quite frustrating. There were barely 2–3 vegetarian dishes available, and even those weren’t refilled promptly. No variety in salads, hardly any main course choices, and the live counter was either non-functional or taking way too long. For a weekend buffet, this was very disappointing. The service was also below expectations — slow and unresponsive, which added to the overall dissatisfaction. However, I will say the ambience was nice, especially the outdoor seating area with a great vibe. The only saving grace was the bakery section — the desserts and baked items were genuinely good. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place for vegetarians or for anyone expecting variety and timely service. It has potential, but there’s a lot that needs improvement. But overall, the experience didn’t live up to the expectations you’d have from a place like Hilton. Definitely not worth the hype or the price. Was there for a Sunday brunch. The spread was all right. Although the atmosphere was chaotic the staff was friendly and very helpful. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹2,000+ Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 2

We had the unfortunate experience of dining at Neo kitchen by Hilton, and it was by far the worst meal I’ve ever had. From start to finish, the experience was a disaster. The food was unappetizing. The chicken, fish and the mutton everything was undercooked, The meal tasted stale and lacked any freshness. It was clear little effort went into preparation. At any cost, I would not recommend this buffet as it is a clear waste of money. Meal type: Brunch Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
