Very disappointed by Nells kitchen, packaging was not good, low quality packaging completely tored one received. I was unable to handle my meal in hand as it was too hot. Thankful to the Zomato guy who rushed towards one shop in rain and handed a plastic bag to keep my meal. But From restaurant side this was not a good experience. Without such packaging I could be able to take my meal till home as my house is more 5 min walk from received location. Plus wanted add that package which I received was completely dry so don't need to blame Zomato person.Please improve Nells.
