I ordered for cheera kanji and they delivered Kappa and kanji instead without payar. Also I ordered for red rice and they send white instead

Hello Mam, We appreciate your feedback, we tired calling you twice to inform that Cheera Kanji is out of stock but you did not answer our call. Also we have not mentioned anywhere that we will provide kanji with Red rice. It's based on the availability we deliver to the customers. We always try to fulfill customers needs. Customer satisfaction is the most important factor for us.
