I had a very disappointing experience at Neerali Restaurant. The service was extremely poor and the staff were quite rude throughout our visit. One waiter in particular behaved very badly when we politely informed him that the food quality was not up to the mark. Instead of addressing our concern, he responded in an arrogant and unprofessional manner. To make matters worse, we had to wait over 15 minutes just for parotta and curry. This level of service is unacceptable, and I hope the management takes serious steps to improve both staff behavior and overall customer service.
