Loved the food, loved the ambience and loved the service too. It was a quick stop for evening snacks and chai while traveling from ayodhya to Kanpur via Lucknow. This place was recommended by one of my friends and the experience was good.

2026/1.. 12 When one walks into in.. it's the sweet section which comes in view. The restaurant is on the left which has a pleasant, nature-inspired ambience with comfortable seating, making it a good choice for families and casual dining. Menu is extensive.. but our lunch comprised of chola batura and plates of puri sabji. Food was good. Staff were taking their own time in coming to take order.. to get warm water to drink or were clueless as to fresh juice is served or not. One can say staff service was as per their convenience. Pricing is moderate and slightly on the higher side compared to regular eateries, but the ambience and food variety justify the cost for many customers. Parking can sometimes be limited during busy times.

I recently visited Neelkanth Sweets, Kamta, and while the quality of sweets and overall taste were truly good, I was disappointed with the behaviour of the staff at the cash counter. The person managing the counter was rude and unprofessional, which spoiled the customer experience. Good customer service is as important as food quality, and I hope the management looks into this and takes corrective action. Neelkanth Sweets has great potential, and I wish to see improvements in their staff behaviour in future.
