Sweets from this otlet is so lit that u can compare them with a nukkad sweet shop. Today ordered boondi from them and it tasted like they have poured lemon in boondi or it was adulterated. Huge disappointment

I recently visited Neelkanth Sweets, Kamta, and while the quality of sweets and overall taste were truly good, I was disappointed with the behaviour of the staff at the cash counter. The person managing the counter was rude and unprofessional, which spoiled the customer experience. Good customer service is as important as food quality, and I hope the management looks into this and takes corrective action. Neelkanth Sweets has great potential, and I wish to see improvements in their staff behaviour in future.
