We had a very good experience at Neelam Restaurant in Udaipur. Although we were the only guests, we were warmly welcomed and immediately felt at ease. The food was authentic, home-cooked Indian cuisine — simple but incredibly tasty and freshly prepared with great care. We asked for the dishes to be made not too spicy, and they were seasoned perfectly while still full of flavor. Everything we tried was fresh, delicious, and easy to digest, which speaks to the quality of the ingredients. On top of that, the meal was very reasonably priced, making it an excellent choice for anyone looking for genuine local food at great value. We would highly recommend this little hidden gem to anyone visiting Udaipur.
