What a rubbish service they’re giving. Staff is totally clueless and dumb, I am in train and after 12 calls once a man picked a call and said “hum nahi kar payenge khana deliver abhi hum busy hai, train to aapki nikal gayi” And my train was 1 hour away from the Itarsi station. Totally stupid service. Service: 1
