Disappointed and Would Not Recommend We had a very disappointing experience at Neel Garden Restaurant and Cottages in Alibaug. The food was terrible – we ordered Chicken Crispy, which was honestly one of the worst we’ve had. We also tried the Pomfret Thali and Chicken Thali, and even those were far from satisfactory. To make it worse, more than 90% of the items on the menu were unavailable, which was very frustrating. The service was extremely slow, and we had to call the manager multiple times just to get our order taken. Overall, it was not a good experience, and I do not recommend this place to anyone visiting Alibaug.

Hello this is to let you knowThis is monsoon season lowest time of hotel line at Kashid beach . On these days we focused on local good and only our restaurant is open. Till dinner .Right now we are not chicken crispy maybe you Gade it somewhere else !!

Very good cottages. Clean rooms, clean vicinity. The food is awesome. The malvani thali had homemade food touch, absolutely loved it. The staff is very kind. Best for any family and friends outings. Beach is closeby too. Highly recommended! Service: 5

Food was absolutely terrible. We took food parcel from here hence didn't notice these problems until we sat to eat. The prawns were not cleaned properly, we got food poisoning because of one prawn which we ate without looking. There was hair also in the prawns. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!!! Service: 1
