I recently visited Nectar for a birthday celebration and unfortunately the service was quite disappointing. Despite calling the staff member multiple times, she was not attentive and kept ignoring us. At the end, she even added the name of someone (Mukesh) who wasn’t present, which felt very unprofessional.
