I have been a loyal customer of Nazeer’s for the last 15–18 years. I have always respected the brand because the food quality and dining experience have consistently been excellent. But my recent visit to Nazeer’s Delicacies was a horrible and shocking experience unlike anything I have ever seen at Nazeer’s. • The outlet didn’t even look like a proper Nazeer’s — there was no proper board, the place was dusty, and tables and chairs were unclean. • Staff were not in Nazeer uniforms, and the entire setup looked like it was being run by random individuals rather than a reputed brand. • The food was pathetic — especially the mutton, which was undercooked and poorly prepared. • Most concerning was the payment process: the bill was collected on a personal QR code, and I overheard one staff member telling another to “show it as cash.” This is highly shady, unprofessional, and unacceptable for a brand like Nazeer’s. • When I questioned the condition of the place, they casually said, “construction work is going on.” But that is no excuse. If construction is happening, customers should be informed upfront, and the same should be updated on the website/Google listing. I went there with very high expectations, especially seeing the 4.0+ rating and positive reviews, but the actual experience was completely opposite. Warning to future customers: Don’t go here expecting the Nazeer’s experience. This place does not meet the brand’s standards and may actually be harming its reputation. Management should urgently investigate what is going on here — at times it didn’t even feel like a genuine Nazeer’s outlet. Price per person: ₹1,000–1,200

Never eat nihari from here! Seriously disappointed no taste and waste of money. Staff is also suffering due to this. In from of me few people were abusing them. Due to the disgusting nihari and customer left without giving any payment to the staff!! Service: Dine in Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
