Ate two rolls and took a biryani. HORRIBLE Burnt biryani, they burnt the rice, it had a bitter taste and still packed it for me. I called to complain and they say we'll take care Next time. There will be NO next time, this place should be shut, what bad quality food and cook. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

I searched Nazeer Foods, Kullu on Google and found the contact number listed with the address of Sarvari Bazar, Kullu. I placed an order at 8:31 PM using the same contact details. When I went to the counter at 9:16 PM, the staff first told me they had not received any order at all. I then said that I would write a review about the wrong contact number shown on Google. Only after that, the lady at the counter suddenly said they had received the order. This created complete confusion and wasted my time. Either the Google contact details are incorrect or the staff is not transparent with customers. Such behaviour is very unprofessional and misleading. Management should urgently verify and update their Google listing and also train staff. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹800–1,000 Service: 1
