I ordered the biriyani online. They provided stale food, the mutton piece was smelling and was not at all fresh. When I contacted them, they weren’t even apologetic about the incident, instead were justifying that they are eating the same biriyani, and it cannot be possible. And finally they said, they are going to add one more piece of mutton when I order online and can do nothing else, as if I’m going to place another order from them after the taste and the poor customer service. Very bad experience. Food: 1 Service: 1
