I stumbled into this small eatery on a rainy Kolkata evening, drawn in by the scent of sizzling meat and onions wafting through the chaos of Gariahat. The moment I took my first bite of their iconic chicken roll, I was transported.. not to some exotic faraway land, but to the comforting corner of my own heart where joy lives in the simplest of things. The paratha was perfectly flaky, just the right amount of crisp at the edges and soft in the center.
