i had ordered butter naan but they sent lachcha paratha. also i didnt order chaap but they sent that. the tandoori items were too charred

It was cleary mentioned in the menu Chicken Rice with Gravy, even instruction of making gravy more spicy was accepted, what I got was with Raita.. what??? Please kindly don't make fool of customers...
