I buy pazhampori almost every week from Navya Bakers, Koorkkanchery. The customer service, shop atmosphere, and product presentation are all excellent. But the quality of pazhampori is not stable. Sometimes it comes out thin, crispy, and really tasty. But other times it feels heavy like kayapori, or even like boiled banana inside, which is very disappointing. I have already complained, but the taste and look still keep changing. If they can maintain the same quality every time, this shop would surely stand out as one of the best.
