Since they started the bakery, always my first choice is Navya , they serve fresh items and customer friendly too . Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Service: Takeaway Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹1,000–1,200

I recently visited this bakery to collect a cake I had pre-ordered. Despite clearly specifying my requirements, the cake was prepared incorrectly. What made the experience worse was the rude and dismissive behavior of Manager Augustine. Despite my attempts to resolve the issue calmly, his attitude only escalated the situation. It was disheartening to encounter such unprofessionalism, especially considering the special occasion for which the cake was ordered
I will never recommend anyone I know to go to that bakery, neither my family nor my friends. I strongly advise against visiting, especially on your special days, as they will completely ruin the experience.
