Ordered a cake , they said 10 min. In between the got Swiggy orders. So they kept aside my order and prepared swiggy orders. Preferring a swiggy order than a direct customer. They should have inform me about the situation. Finally after 30 min when I asked then only they are informing about the same. I cancelled the order and went out from the store. The person said the reason was chocolate was not sticking, while they have no issues for making zomato order. A shopkeeper to be truthful to the customer and inform the situation so that their time not get wasted. Service: 1
