I’ve been going to this place since a long time and they were good but the last few visits has been the worst. They minimised the quantity first then there was a difference in taste too. But this time I had the worst experience, they brought wrong orders and the food was stale and staff was not even accepting it. Neither did they compensate regarding the service. I do not recommend it. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹800–1,000

It was second my second visit to this restaurant, during my first dine in I have also noticed the same point but jut let it go ! This time I was with my toddler and wife We have reached the restaurant by 7 10 pm and ordered Chole bhature ! And we have waited patiently till 15mins but they have not served us despite reminding the manager it is not that I was in hurry but customer who have came after us they have got their food. Still we have waited 15 mins more ! On telling the same issue at the reception the billing attendee has given me a casual say! The thing here is not waiting but the. Way they treated us is very awkward; so I have left the restaurant. My intention is not give low score but this issue is very alarming! This indicates two things 1. They are very casual as their sell is quite good. 2. They don't care 1 odd customer like us ! Who they think outsiders and can't do anything! Sad! State of Navnita Restaurant!

One of the restaurants which I feel like perfect for family gatherings having variety of options in Vegetarian foods and good for our pockets too.
