I ordered Chicken Kothu Parotta from Navaladi Restaurant via Swiggy, and this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with food delivery. The food was spoiled and smelled so bad that I literally puked after having a few bites. This is not just about taste it’s about basic food safety and health. What’s worse, there was no proper customer support. The restaurant’s phone number is not reachable, and instead of addressing the seriousness of this issue, Swiggy casually offered me a coupon of ₹58, which I never even asked for. Is our health taken so lightly? Food safety is not a joke. Navaladi Restaurant, please be responsible for what you are serving to customers. This kind of negligence can cause serious health problems.
