Dear mangement , I was at your Nautanki Gali food chain located in hitech city yesterday with my family where I was at 9:15pm Saturday and booked a place for 3 people at the reception they have offerd me a place but as my concern I was not so good with the place allocated so I requested management to change my place and I have received arrogantly from ms Preethi who was from your mangement had said there was no other place to allocate I said I will wait even though she said she cannot allot so I said I will leave from there she said ok with out any hesitation as I have no other option left I again went to ask her for possibility she said as I’m left once I cannot have the place again even though some manger from inside came and understood the situation and offerd me quite good place for me , until this every thing was good but the lady who denied to give me place comes to the counter which was opposite to me and started playing jokes on the situation I have gone through with the other employee , I strongly believe that there was no point or she has a right to make a joke of my part I was quite upsetting about this situation and get very bad and complained to the other manger available he said that he will talk to her , either he did discussion or not I don’t now but until I was there ,there was no particular action on discussion happend nor any one cared to ask me about the situation I have complained , it was my 6 time and felt really embraced in this situation , I strongly believe that your not bothered about your customers , I will never advice for sure and I will never visit your branches I want to go with the legal procedure against the chain and management for my rights.
