All items was so gud and also ambience was nice... I had called on dtd 28th August to place my order for 2 grilled sandwiches diet of 4 slices each. Owner picked up the call and told me that bread has finished, so only 1 sandwich can be prepared. I requested for the 2, so he confirmed & assured for the two grilled sandwiches of 4 slices each. Order got delivered and we ate that blindly, without noticing that both Sandwiches were of 2 slices each, instead of 4 slices. We ate both without any calculations this time, because I had placed my order twice before also and both orders were delivered of 4 slices in 1 sandwich. But, this time on 28th August order, after finishing the sandwiches, suddenly this point came into my mind, that both 2 sandwiches were prepared of only 2 slices. I called the owner immediately and shared this. He asked me immediately 'have you eaten sir'? I said yes, then he started playing defensively that 'no sir, you are mistaken. You are confused. Not possible. I had prepared myself both sandwiched. I am sure both were prepared in 4 slices.' I understood what he has done. He divided 4 slices in 2 sandwiches and delivered, because he already had told me only 1 sandwich of 4 slices can be prepared. As I told him we ate both, then he got defensive, because I have not any evidence to present, because of his trust from last 2 times orders. During this last time phonic conversation, I asked the owner 'I should not order next time then'? Then he replied 'it's up to you sir'. Means, he didn't bother that he is about to loose a customer just because of trust-break issue. So, this was my 3rd and last experience with this 'Naughty Pizzeria', Krishna Nagar. Food: 3 Service: 4

When someone didn't got a free sandwich, it's ok people like you do this sometimes.. Being the owner i don't even want to serve customers like you. I was thinking not to reply this bullshit but than i thought why not. 50-60₹ bacha kr ye business nhi run kr rha hu 3 saal se, got it.. Chaahta to de bhi deta ek extra sandwich but fr har baar free ka hi expect krte na aap. Last but not the least we respect people who respect us.. I hve kitchen cctv phootage of your order & the call recording of both of us as well. So better don't do these cheap stunts again with any other restaurant just for free food! (60₹ ke 4 slice sandwich serve krte hain hm log cafe me) aap complaint kro taaki hm 8 slices dede utne me.. Kya bhaiya dominos thodi hain!
