Tried the vrat special paneer pakoda from Nature Leaf Kitchen and absolutely loved it. The paneer was soft and fresh inside, while the outer layer was perfectly crisp with a light, non-oily batter made from vrat-friendly flours. The spices were well-balanced not too heavy, yet flavorful enough to satisfy cravings during fasting. Definitely recommended if you’re looking for tasty and light fasting food. Lovely packaging. The packaging of Pickle is also very good. 10/10
