quantity of icecream was decreased in that packing box which should not happen I think if you are giving 80 rs for a single scoop and then also you are receiving less so it isn't good

I had an amazing experience with this Naturals Ice Cream branch! I was in a hurry to catch a train and couldn't find the store on Zomato for delivery. I called them directly and explained my situation, and to my surprise, they went out of their way to help me. Even though they usually don’t deliver personally, they understood my urgency and arranged for one of their staff members to bring the order to the station just in time. The service was beyond exceptional — polite, quick, and genuinely helpful. A huge thank you to the team for going the extra mile. You truly saved the day and made my journey sweeter! Highly recommended not just for their delicious ice cream, but also for their outstanding customer care.
