Worst experience. They are getting worse day by day. This store in Bhilai serves melted ice cream which is again frozen by the Store. This happened to me last night again. Their ice cream has ice crystals which are formed when the ice cream is refrozen. And when you ask for change or point out the issue they deny their mistakes and misbehave with the customer. Waste of Hard earned money. Charging high money for the ice cream gives you ice water gola. The company should look into the matter otherwise the losses their hard earned brand trust. This was not the first time, many times this store did this intentionally. Don't make people fool by giving expired or old melted ice Cream. I will not go again and also not recommend this place any more.
